Mementos of an Investigator includes images of tools, flora, and silhouetted bodies. Photograms are used to construct a temporal memento mori, drawing connection between a physical artifact and the imprint of it left behind by a latent image. Remnants of first humans, untouched wilderness, and the objects discarded by investigations past are made visible in these arrangements.
