A Hand Without a Horizon is Taller Than It’s Other is a disjoined home movie that displays the recordings of a time traveling investigator. Their identity is still unknown to us. Captured in a lyrical film style, footage uncovered displays their explorations, sightings, and wanderings on an unknown planet. The footage was found in poor condition in an insulated metal box under ice. We have compiled the film footage back together to the best of our ability to try to make sense of the pieces.
